• You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

2. UK Shipping

• Standard delivery: £2.99, 2–4 working days.

3. EU & International Shipping

​

• We ship to most EU countries and the US.

• Delivery times vary depending on location:

   

  • EU: From £9.99, 7 - 9 working days.

  • US: £13.99, 7 - 11 working days.

   

• Customers outside the UK are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

 

4. Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

5. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by postal/courier services, customs checks, or other events beyond our control.

6. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time:

• EU/US: Contact us after 25 working days.

  We will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue.
