Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times will be provided but are not guaranteed.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our policy complies with UK and EU consumer rights:

UK & EU customers: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
